Do you have odcctools installed? If yes, which version?

For me, on Sileo IOS 16,5 it shows the 248 error aswell, tried with all odcctools versions and without. Tried with latest IGG version as well as 0.4.3 and still doesn‘t seem to work. Without installing the .deb files IGG is working by itself with changing the values etc.
