Help/Support Storage use is too high with not a lot of installed apps

guys my apps and things are 5-6 gb. but there is 11 gb used. it wasnt like that this morning but now i got message that storage almost full and it is.icleaner pro cleaned only 200mb.so what do you think?

cydia tweaks could be taking space and some games as well

but i didnt install cydia things for 5 day and it went like this 20min ago

Open settings , general , storage & iclould usage  and see which apps are taking more storage

Restore and jailbreak it again , apple still signing ios 9.0.2

Tweak won't take that much storage , i think you install something and i think you should restore your device

i installed nothing... while i was playing nba 2k16 i got that storage full
