Help/Support Content feed and topic

Help since yesterday my content feed hasn't been loading anything in the website and 5 days ago I made a support topic and it nearly started getting into a conversation of helping me and it died help

 

Edit: never mind about the content feed Raggnar told me in the shoutbox that I had to left click the right top corner of the content feed box lol
