Help/Support Clash of Clans ~ keeps restarting on "downloading content"

Halo ladies n gents, my clash keeps restarting on the downloading content screen. I Have tried reinstalling the game, falsifing jb check in flex and even rebooting the device. I'm on iPhone 5s ios 8.2 clash version is the latest one. Can anyone help meh TY!

no i wasnt using any modded servers, seems to me that its having problem downloading the content however i have no idea why

Boot into Safe Mode and update from there.

I have tried that still no luck was wondering it could be cuz of the jb but i disabled that stuff in flex.

Try resetting Network Settings and reinstall Clash of Clans?

it was doing the same on my ipad but then i transferred the update content from my iphone and it worked fine. can anyone upload the latest update folder?
