Hmm I think I removed it for testing purpose, maybe re-add in next game update

also, i tried to use the custom install for TOG, to add IGG, the game just crashes when i try to open, didn't change any setting

Done, do not touch something you don't understand

If you use enterprise install it will revoke fast and you will need new code all over again. Use Sideloadly or get App+
