 Just download using Trollstore on Non-JB iPhone 11 Pro Max 15.0.2. Tested and working fine.

In the video you getting stucked because it couldn't connect to gamecenter, your certificate is bad configuration. Normal people will get signed in as xxx gamecenter notification while in video you dont have it

Please test the IPA with Sideloadly. Thank you!
