Which method you sideloading? I didnt get the issue with the downloading stuck on my non-jb devices. Check your network or use cellular?

what is your device, ios version? Which method you sideload

None of the reports useful at all so I might just ignore, all the reports keep saying not work with 0 helpful info or video about the issue

Iphone 15 pro max ios 17.5.1 and using e sign with a  certificate

Try new update or try using Sideloadly

I only tested with Sideloadly normal account, none of my devices having issue
