Someone can inform me what package to buy to have unlimited app/games to download ?

Atm i have a sideloadly message who inform me that no more downloads can be done with a "free developper profile"

If you mean sideload unlimited apps on device then you should get paid apple developer account on https://developer.apple.com/

Or find yourself a paid certificate reseller which is cheaper but no guarantee it will be long time use
