Solved Reconfirming app\developer

I’m using iPad Pro with the latest updates and i use the non jailbreak app version , both original apps aren’t installed 

 

I've downloaded yesterday the game “hungry shark world” and “dragon ball Dokkan battle” and it worked well (beside Dokkan-it had an update) the hack worked good and everything was great but today i tried to open both apps (i updated Dokkan ) and the app isn’t opening at all and it pops out a message that says “unable to confirm the app you need to reconnect to wifi network to confirm the developer “sunshine ltd.” And the app won’t be available until then.

please help me with this issue I’ve already tried to reinstall everything and confirmed again both profile and dev and still nothing changed
