No idea, you can just use Sideloadly alternative tools like SideStore / Scarlet / Alstore

Done. Still sideloadly, But changed name in Payload/...name.app/ to Payload/S/...

It‘s not working for me. Tried sideloadly and iOS Gods App. Some error in patch file it says and all I can do is re-download patch file or abort, which leads to crash.
