Korzan has got a bad moveset anyway.  It's too conflicting- even worse than Gazia.  Too many hp>atk mods, too many hp boosts.  They should have made him give flat atk boost or use a new mechanic, rather than be a mix of all Gazia's utility with Hadaron mechanics on HP% damage modifiers.

 

On top of that he has to alternate between SBB and BB for maximum utility and damage.  Two turn def ignore, three turn crit and atk boost on BB, crit dam boost and the hp>atk converts w/ three turns with hp boost on SBB.  I don't like this unit at all.  It conflicts heavily with Lucius, who has much better bonuses.  Haile, for example, can stat boost and bb HOT on BB every three turns and manage the bb gauge with SBB on status boost uptime.  8 BC for the team whenever she attacks is also pretty unreal.  Coupled with Lucius and Chrome, BBs are never too far off even with BC drop resists.  She is much more intuitive than Korzan.  Furthermore, use of Haile opens up team possibilities and brings to life combinations with Medina and Libera.

 

Korzan is good if you don't have Quartz (who has similar buffs but more utility), Gazia, Lucius, Libera.  Disappointing unit overall.  I think a new mechanic should have been included like they've done for the other globals, and perhaps done something closer to building him like a better Noel- high damage procs via % damage inflict.  Keep the HP mechanic- the lower the HP, the higher the chance for the HP % damage proc.  However thats just wishing, as it is clearly not what we're stuck with now.  Korzan captures exactly what a Gumi wasted opportunity looks like- repetition, bugs, and the hope nobody will notice.
