To be specific, Safari get the "Cannot Open Page" message. It says that "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid."

 

I tried completely resetting my Ipad to factory, and the problem does not persist. Only when I JB it and the binary and DEB file was installed that the problem showed up again.

 

I tried switching over to Chrome with BrowserChooser and the IPad restarts automatically into safe mode.

 

I am currently lost with what to do.

    I might just reset it again to 9.1 then downgrade back to 9.0.2 again and keep it that way till a fix is found.

    Yeah 9.1 fixed that bug. Maybe the deb and the binary causes it :o I'm trying to see if I should stay on 9.1 because at least for 3D Touch users, there won't be any problem with lightly touching anymore lol
