Help/Support Computer Can't Open Pangu9 v1.1.0

Hello , guys i have a problem with the updaye of pangu9 it's asking me to contact the administrator of the software windows can't open it , but my computer opens the pangu9 v1.0.1

Create a new user on your system and run it from there. Or try the compatibility options.

I had to unistall and reinstall the iTunes for it to work, you could try, but make sure to backup the iTunes files first, as music, iOS backup files, apps and etc...

I had this problem too. It's something about iTunes drivers, or framework, I really don't remember. I I had to unistall it, as I said, in order for pangu to work properly...
