Help/Support App not installing

Hello, I purchased the iOS gods app + and had an email saying the app is ready to install. 

the email did come through very quickly which I thought was strange but I tried to download it anyway 

Once the profile is downloaded it’s taken me back to safari where usually I would get a prompt to install the app but the page loads without the promt. 

the page is not saying anything about the UDID not being registered 

I followed all instructions 

- searched for the app on my phone and it’s definitely not there 

- phone in developer mode 

- safari history has been cleared

- reset my phone multiple times 

- triple checked that my udid is correct

Self explained, your UDID is on the system and wait for being added into Apple account database, you need to wait

usually I get an email saying your app is ready to install once the udid has been verified, so I thought it was but just very quickly.

Also when I’ve gone to install before my udid was verified the install safari window would say that it hasn’t been verified yet. 
 

Hence the confusion
