Help/Support Travel Town Stuck on Loading Screen

[Kiercomeau 5 iPhone 13 Pro Max 17.3.1]

I got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, currently running iOS 18.0 beta, I downloaded Travel Town and it keeps getting stuck at 37% on the loading screen. I have restarted app, restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled and also factory reset my device. 
 

I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 18.0 and it was working fine. How can I fix this?

I’m having the same issue.  It sticks at 37%.  I have to delete and install it again.  After resetting my password. Then I have o complete the first 2 levels to get my progress.  Back. Getting to be a pain.  I’m using iPad mini 6.

Is this the thread where we need to submit the request for update? I know there are rules any where to add requests for updates

My game is not loading, either. Is there any way to request help? 
 

@Rook help wanted. What should we do to run the game? I did reboot it, reinstalled. The game UI is opening, I am getting the login page and it is stopping at 37% load

I have the same problem , stuck on 35% and I restart the phone , deleted and installed again and nothing works . What can we do ???

I am also having this same issue on both of my devices now. It will load to 37% & then just gets stuck there. I am not having any luck getting it to load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting my phone, and even factory resetting it. Has any one gotten a solution for this?

Please only report the issue if you have signed the app with paid certificate (since game required GameCenter) or using Sideloadly
