Why is everybody updating to iOS9 Already? .-. It has been only been out for a couple of weeks and i see no major improvements so upgrading would just be a waste of sapce

I haven't upgraded my iPad and don't plan to until iOS 8 becomes obsolete.

Not everyone . And it's not stable, they might updated because of new features or lost their device to brick etc

i upgraded to ios 9 and i liked it. but sad part is some of the tweaks etc. for JB is not yet compatible. especially the hacks!!
