I have sent Rook about 10 messages, he answered me one time telling me logout and login because i should have VIP. i have not received it. Am I just gonna get my entire 3 month sub f***ed off because you guys won’t give me my VIP on the app? I’m just very confused as to what’s happening. it’s been over a month of this dumb sh!t

What are you talking about? Your ViP is already activated, don't you see the purple color in your name?

What step giving error that your ViP is not activated? Install app and having integrity error?
