Help/Support keep getting error while sideloading infinity blade 3

 I’m trying to side load infinity blade 3 with sideloadly and i keep getting the errors (could not extract archive ) and call to lockdown _ start _service failed and LOCKDOWN_E_MUX_ERROR 

 

if anyone knows how to fix please let me know

Try unlocking your phone, connect to pc and trust the device. Leave the screen open and sideload again

Also make sure your pc and phone has enough disk space

now i’m able to get the app downloaded but whenever i open it and click thank you to the pop up the small iosgods logo pops up and after like 3 seconds the app crashes. and i tried downloading a different game but it didn’t work it just did the same thing i tried infinity blade 3 and infinity blade
