I just followed the instructions.

Debug Menu: Setting -> Discord -> Float Icon -> Game Progress

Go into settings then tap discord.

I do this and it only opens discord. 
just confirming I press:

- Cup Heroes gear icon

- Discord button (opens discord app)

- iosgods floating head?

- island picture to select level?
