Help/Support Waiting on activation from apple

[Gabechiodo 7 iPhone Xs Max 13.1.2]

It’s been over the maximum 33 days it says I could take for apple to activate my device to get iOS gods plus or even iOS gods in general, I do have the new update on my iPhone available to me 17.5 but I’m not sure if that would make the wait time even worse or not, just not totally sure what to do and need some help thanks
