Help/Support The Spike - Volleyball Story Sideloadly Not Working

The game I'm trying to sideload is The Spike. 

I have downloaded latest version of itunes and icloud and sideloadly. I use iPhone 11 and windows 11.

I used latest iGG.

My two device is on the same time and date as well as Wi-Fi.

I have tried multiple times but always got this error:

Installation failed: 3892346903 ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.jwQlMl/extracted/Payload/thespike_1_1_22.app : 0xe8008017 (A signed resource has been added, modified, or deleted.))
