Same here. I just keep finding the health offset in every different game and edit it with igg. Nothing else works and it seems to have crack detection too

manual health edit it is for now. iGameGod deb file from iosGods  u can inject it on non-jb devices with sideload but like i said cracked(decryption) detection is on so they could ban you for installing the decrypted ipa. if u a f2p person just risk it
