ViP has nothing to do with the revoke, you can use Sideloadly to install app if the app is revoked

Get App+ instead not ViP if you want less revokes

I am unable to get lockboxes on fallout shelter. Some of the jailbroken features are available like frozen coins. I searched everywhere to see if I need to turn a setting off or on my iPad with no luck. Can someone help?
