Most of the time, even the tweaks need updating for iOS 9. Check the link I provided in the first post.

Personnaly I have some problem with all tweak on ios9

I installer some update for ios9 but I dont see any tweak on springboard ( like Ifile or gamegem)...

Any idea why I dont see all the tweak ?
