Help/Support iTunes not working anymore

Hi all,

I hope this question is not too dumb. I wonder, if iTunes (on PC) is not working anymore when using sideloadly and / or hacks? I didn‘t use iTunes for a long while, but now I wanted to have some mp3s synced to my iPhone and connected it to my pc where iTunes is installed. My iPhone is being recognized but I cant sync my mp3s. I don‘t even see all my installed Apps. And I should see all my playlists and albums I have in Apple Music. But I don‘t see anything. As if my iPhone was empty. Even after a full backup via iTunes.

Could using hacks something have to do with this? I never had such issues before I started using hacks on my non JB iPhone 14 Pro. 

CopyTrans doesnt work as well. When trying to copy anything to my iPhone the software freezes.

Try using latest iTunes version, else use other alternative like iMazing

Try download 3utool, choose install driver. 3u can import music
