Help/Support memrise & lingodeer on ios failing to work

Hi, 

I am having problems with two apps right now. I use sideloadly to install them on my non-jailbroken iphone 12 (ios 17.3.1) and they haven't been working despite me uninstalling and reinstalling.

They used to work so I'm not sure what happened but Memrise refuses to let me go past the log in screen and Lingodeer freezes the moment you open the app because the screen should be animated but it's like a still image.

I'm not sure what to do and I don't know if this is a sideloadly settings issue or maybe something I overlooked. I looked it up on the forums and haven't had much luck finding anyone with a solution.

Try using Sideloadly and sideload them again. Also try rebooting your phone

I ended up sideloading them again and rebooting but the same issue occured! 

Lingodeer freezes when opening and Memrise pops up with an error stating "oops something went wrong, you may be out of internet data..." which isn't right because I'm using internet just fine! I even tried to switch to mobile data to see if this fixed it but it didn't. However when you press the refresh button on memrise, it ends up being stuck on an infinite loading page. 

Not sure what's happening but I don't have this issue if I use a android emulator but I wanted to use these apps on my iphone.

Yeah, same. I’ve been trying to use Memrise for a while but it forces an update which is not available here 🥲
