General No touch display on my laptop ?

Hey guys  

 

so this's my friend's laptop she bought recently but it says " no pen and touch display is installed "

 

then when you search for those problems 99% of the search and answers says go to " Tablet pc setting "

 

but even there i don't have the setup option ! 

 

so anyone know solution ?

It reads on the image that "no pen or touch input is available for this display", that being said, are there more display options?

did she calibrate it? like set it up right when she started it from fresh? you gotta set it up even though it's listed as no touch available , tell her to press the windows +s then type in calibrate (assuming if it was a windows os, if not from that tablet then idk lol, you need to provide more info as not much is listed) hope this helps.

wait you said it was a tablet? but in the title it says laptop. im confused :c but the picture indicates it's a tablet so which one is it? or is that from windows 10 and it's a laptop but using the tablet mode? =___='' ?
