Help/Support App+ Says to contact admin?

So I recently bought the plus version of the app and it was working fine until like yesterday every time I would try and open it it would just close again so I tried to redownload it from the email I got and it said to contact a admin

Same here and Rook didn’t answer until now. It’s been 3 days already.
