How to restore with an iCloud backup?

    I recently updated via iTunes from 8.3 to 9.0.2 and jailbroke with pangu but cidya is crashing. So I understood that I have to restore my device and jailbroke again.

    Can I do that with an iCloud backup? And will it restore it back to 8.3 and will have to update again?

    No, backups won't downgrade your iOS version.

     

    My suggestion would be to do a full iTunes Backup on your PC right now and then restore and jailbreak then restore from backup.
