Help/Support Error when downloading any app

It keeps saying download failed or some weird long timed out error when trying to install any app on the app+

Or try using vpn, logging out and login again

Hello do I have to wait for my phone to be verified to download apps? The message that comes up is (the app can not be installed because its integrity could not be verified. Just purchased the plus app but can only download the free one?

Same Problem. Since 2 Months.
