Issue with renewal payment

Hi, what's the problem with the payment? I've been renewing for a long time now with the same card but since yesterday I was trying to renew but site keeps rejecting and telling me that there was a problem accepting my payment or I should try with different device or network.
Is there any other option to renew rather than direct card payment?

Make sure you try the recommendations on the message as that's likely what I'll be telling you via PM too.

Yep, tried both changing my network to mobile data and same contacting my bank they said no problem. I also tried using other devices iPhone X and IPhone 15. Both same error. I haven’t tried on my Samsung though.

But why is this suddenly happening rn tho? I’ve been renewing with the same card for like 1-2+ years, this is the only first time I encountered this.  Btw. I’m from UAE.
