    You are not doing it right then, perhaps you used gamecenter / facebook login, this method only work with guest acc

    i have solution about that   if you have banned delete game then  log out your gamecenter / change to another apple id or just dont log in  and then install game again and dont use banned apple/ google/facebook id.
