if u r on ios 18.5 maybe its because of that , 

2nd reason maybe the ipa itself has issues you should contact the modder , 3rd Try to install it with sideloadly 

but i am certain almost all the time the issue is with the IPA itself.

Download the non jailbreak IPA. Worked for me.
