I open on word 2013 cant find "equipment", or any items and am on latest version as of 24-12-15 what do?

So uh, I followed all your steps(good guide, very clear on what to do.) and then when I enter back into case clicker, everything is gone, and there are no changes. I try to restore my old file, and then everything's still all gone with no changes, please man, you gotta help me with this. I have an entire year on that game. There's gotta be some way to make it work!
