This worked for me and I managed to unlock all achievements and give myself guns and money. I did some testing though and it seems the planetes file has a direct effect with how the files are loaded also that the c_*.dat files have different data. Say you have 100$ on c_2 and 100,000$ on c_3. It may load with 100$ the first time and when you delete the planetes file it may load the save file with 100,000$ the next time. I believe the planetes takes the save time at the top and determines which save to load or something similar. I havent been able to modify the casino balance or ticketstoplay but I have changed almost every other variable in the file. I also noticed that if the game doesnt save whenever you close it, deleting c_1.dat, c_6.dat, and c_7.dat sometimes helps. If anyone knows a way to change the casino balance and have it change ingame and stay saved please message me how.
