I've tested this game with cheat engine on the PC version and everything is server based but the HP and DMG values or STATS overall are changeable, I've done it with cheat engine and it works the only thing is that every time you enter a new campaign level it changes values ID on cheat engine, idk if its the same on IOS but you might want to check it out.

Never mind I can only change HP, the other stats values are hidden probably server sided.

Thing is that the value ID changes every time you go into a new campaign level, on cheat engine I can sniff out all the common IDS and make it into one and just make a table per hero I want to change hp for.

I will try to do for dmg too but Im searching the values all wrong, pretty sure I have to search for float values.
