Help please.. 😫

after a long time waiting to purchase the app+ I finally bought it.

last day I received the email, that my device is ready to install the app+.

hitting the button in the email and giving permission in my settings to the installation check, it’s giving me failure 403 and says apple is still activating.

can you activate my device to install it?
