Are IOS 17.1+ users screwed as far as being able to backup/restore app data?

    In the past I have been able to hack games and apps and then transfer the data to other devices with newer IOS versions. I just got an iPhone 15 Pro Plus and it came with IOS 17.1.1

    I believe there is no way to copy app data on this version or is there. iMazing seems to extract app data from a full backup of the device but the restore does not seem to work

    I noticed that eSign can backup/restore app data on IOS 15/16 devices but that option is missing on IOS 17
