I want to put the mod menu I created into iPA so that the menu mode turns on when IPA is installed. I'm a beginner and I don't know what to do. First of all, the mod menu deb has been created. I want to put it in an IPA so that when I install and run the IPA, the mod menu runs.

You can use H5GG Menu which will work for jailed, injecting menu via Sideloadly and export it
