-Go into IFile and find downloaded deb file

-Tap on it and hit install

-Enable hack in Settings.app

-Launch the game

still working and tested on iOS 7 you need to spend the Cash in game because if you try to spend it on the lobby/menu it will not regen and you'll need to purchase something  while ingame to regen..
