Hm, is it possible to transfer over the hacked files to an un-jailbroken device? So if I use the hack on my iPad to get what I want and finish using the hack and remove it, can I transfer over the files to my unjailbroken iPhone 6+? I don't wanna jailbreak it.

Sell items then. Go to a sellable item, press the back arrow (<) and press sell. Should sell all of the items of that item. Should make it easier to go through inventory.
