Help/Support Play jailed modded game offline

Is there any way to play a modded game (in this instance it is Toca Life World jailed ipa modded by Laxus) offline?

I  got this ipa for my 6 yo niece and sideloaded it, and used my iosgods account to sign her in. But she is still young and sometimes mess up the Thank You prompt button or the sign in prompt. Also, if there is no internet (I live in Iraq so sometimes we don't have internet all the time) the game just crash and wont start after the mod prompt.

Any help with this?
