Reinstall the app once you do that.

Delete from genp where agrp = '2AR9GLXQPZ.com.pocketgems.pgcommon'

Now there says Affected rows: 0

That means it's deleted. Make sure you uninstalled the game and reboot. After that you can download the game again

After you do delete from genp where agrp.....etc

Logout from Game Center if the game use it

and download the game with another Apple ID

(Or crack the game and install it )
