Request Fer.al 0.19.1 custom servers

Requested Features: So I recognize this is a bit of an unconventional request- but there's been private servers made for a game I used to play called Fer.al, and as the IOS version of the game and the PC version connected to the same servers, in theory, it should be possible to modify the .ipa to connect it to these custom PC servers as well. This is less of a request for a hack and more of a request for any ideas as to how I'd go about modifying the files of a .ipa to modify what server it connects to. I'm planning to make these modifications myself, if possible- it would be quite fun to learn how to do, I think! However, I've never modded an IOS game or a .ipa file before. As I'm not providing the .ipa file here for fear of violating the rules, I'll give as much information on it as I can:

The app was made with and runs on the unity game engine. As such, most of the information inside of the payload/app/data folder consists of .assets files. The file I suspect I need to alter is the Sharedassets0.assets file, but I can't seem to get it to open in any program I currently have on my PC.

I apologize if I'm asking this in the wrong place, I'm new to this forum, and this seemed the most suitable place to ask, I suppose. If anyone would know how to do this stuff, it's you guys!

Other information that may be relevant: My device is not jailbroken, and I use altstore to sideload .Ipa files, as it's the easiest method I've found. My current IOS version is 17.0/17.1, and I use a 2022 iphone SE. I'd appreciate any help I can get! If you want any extra information, feel free to ask me at any time, and I'll provide what info I can.

As I don't know how to modify .assets files or .ipa files, any tips or good tutorials on how to do so would be appreciated. So far I've been able to open the .ipa using 7zip, and can browse the contents within, and can even make some edits to files that have a readable format. unfortunately, .assets files are not readable by any program I currently have installed.

(Attempting to run the .ipa in its current state won't do much- the old servers for the game have shut down for good.) I have the private server links, and will be able to add them myself if pointed in the right direction, but I don't think I should directly provide them here for obvious reasons- personal info and all that. If anyone could poke around the .ipa file though and tell me what I'd need to edit and how, that would be very much so appreciated!

Additional update #2: I have found that the .assets files are able to be opened/unpacked using a unity asset ripper. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way to re-pack these assets files after opening. It is useful for browsing models, levels, and textures from the game, though- if there was a way to edit these files, I imagine it would be rather easy to create several different mods for the game. It may be possible to unpack the assets to go through the game's code, to see if there's a way to create a mod that intercepts the initial server request and redirects it to the custom servers.
