Help/Support Still reached maximum download with Apple Developer account

I purchased apple developer because I read that if I did I could download more than 3 apps. But it’s still saying I reached the maximum downloads.

Free Apple developer account can only have 3 side loaded apps at the same. Do you subscribe to Paid Apple developer account which is $99 yearly? If yes, there is no limitation.
