Same issue. I think the cheat is detected by the anti cheat. It needs an update or a new anti cheat bypass.

Hi sorry for the late reply, it’s not sideloadly to be specific. I use “Si - Not Allowed -” an app signing service on my device. It doesn't need sideloadly and app stays as is forever (no 7 days later reinstall). I download the ipa file and install through Si - Not Allowed -.
 

currently on iOS 17.2.1, and macOs  14 Sonoma, it doesn't allow sideloadly anymore
