SO I RESTARTED MY IPHONE AND I GET SLIDE TO UPGRADE EVERYTIME I REBOOT MY IPHONE AND WHEN PUT MY CODE ITS FINE BUT THEN I GET TO THE MAIN SCREEN I GET NO SERVICE OR NO WIFI,THE WIFI BARS WONT EVEN COME UP AND MY IPHONE IS JAILBROKEN

Include more information about your phone please so people have a better understanding of the issue at hand. A smart thing to do would most likely restore back to factory settings but if that doesn't work, go to your local phone store and actually get it replace for malfunction ( If you didn't tamper with it. ).
