Remove the IGG , Reboot , Open iCleaner Pro and clean everything ,Tap on + icon and search for preferences , Open it and search for IGG and delete it , 

Install IGG from nkdo repo and reboot

same issue. did all above steps icleaner etc... then i used filza and bummed around the appliaction directory. igamegaurdian folder was still there after iclerner said it found nothing. meh. deleted.reboot. installed.reboot. working
