Help/Support Save & Load Game Progress?

I'm playing a few games like Cats & Soup and others which i've made some progress. I couldn't Cloud Save (it gives me error. I assume because the game didn't log me into game center?) and was wondering, how will I keep the progress if there is an update or if I change my device?

If you sideload with Sideloadly then you can enable UIFileSharing option to access and extract game Documents to save data (only if you change device) - this may not work if the game add device indentifier check

If there is an update / app revoked just sideload again and dont delete the app (only work if you use Sideloadly)
