If you can install it with IGG enabled. You can use memory editor to edit the coins, cash packs and bank balance. 
To stop the anti cheat kicking in, set your bank balance <200m and freeze it and for the coins set to around 180k and freeze and for cash pack freeze at no more than 30. Should let you play the game without getting the anti cheat and reset message.

Have you done this? I tried playing the 2023 or earlier versions but they exponentially increment the coin balance until the anti-cheat kicks in
